At Cigar Sidecar, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to help you resolve any issues.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on sale or clearance
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team via email at
cigarsidecar@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization:
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Notification: You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email
